Fall 2009 Studetnt Refunds

The first date that student refunds will be available is on September 18, 2009.  Refunds will be available for pickup at 4 PM on Friday September 18, 2009 at the Business Office.

Before coming to Trinity to pick up your refund check, please look within IQWeb under Account Information for Fall 2009.  If a refund has been generated for you, IQWeb show "Student Refund" listed, along with the date that the refund check will be issued.

Please note that the IQWeb information may be shown prior to the actual refund check date.

The Business Office allows students to complete a direct deposit form, which can be completed so that the refund check amount will be transferred directly to a student's bank account.  The transfer will occur the same date as the refund checks are issued, and we do not guarantee the time of day that the funds will be available. 

To complete the direct deposit form, please download the linked form, and fax back to the Business Office at 202-884-9029, along with a copy of a voided check.  Alternatively, you can scan the form and the voided check into a PDF format and email to itzelj@trinitydc.edu.

All direct deposit forms must be received by the Business Office no later than Monday, September 15, 2009 to be effective for the refunds that will be ready on September 18, 2009.
