Faculty Schedule at the 2009 MidYear Conference!
NSNA Leadership U Consultants and Advisors Certificate Program at MidYear Pre-registration is required by email to carol@nsna.org to attend the NSNA 2009 MidYear Leadership University Consultants and Advisors Certificate Program in Phoenix, AZ. Preparation and a pre-test are required to attend this two-part workshop, followed by satisfactory completion of an online post-test when you return home to earn 6.5 contact hours. This Certificate Program includes: Part I on Friday, October 30 from 8:00 am – 11:00 am (continental breakfast provided); and Part II on Saturday, October 31 from 9:00 am -10:30 am (breakfast on your own). Thanks to input and feedback from the Charter Group of Consultants and Advisors, who met April 2009 in Nashville, TN, this Certificate Program is designed to meet your educational and networking needs. There is no additional fee to participate this Leadership U Certificate program beyond your Registration for the 2009 MidYear Career Planning Conference.

MidYear Conference Update from Foundation of the NSNA—Masquerade Fundraiser Join your NSNA Board of Directors on Friday evening (7:00 pm) in the Regency Ballroom for the FNSNA Masquerade! An evening of fun and fundraising in Phoenix! Come dressed in masquerade or Halloween garb and join the festivities for an evening of laughter, dancing, and masquerade, and help raise funds for the undergraduate scholarship program! Admission: $7.00 (includes one raffle ticket and light refreshments)
It’s Easier to Get Around in Phoenix: From the Airport to the MidYear Hotel Phoenix is proud to have the new METRO light rail system in place that spans over twenty miles. It reaches from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Phoenix and the Convention Center, and from Downtown Phoenix both north into uptown Phoenix and east to Tempe and Mesa. This system provides access to even more art museums, shops, dining and attractions from Downtown. With 28 stops and a car guaranteed every ten minutes, the METRO light rail moves in a hurry. The cost is $1.75 each way.
